The Bad News: We've hit our first delay.

I hate reporting when this happens but some things are entirely out of my control. Phoenix Animation mailed the metal cards to me over 2 weeks ago. The tracking showed delivered on 8/30 but I never got anything. After almost 2 weeks of haggling with USPS it has not been located. This means Phoenix Animations had to put in an insurance claim. As it stands, he is unable to pay for the materials to reprint them until he gets the insurance payment which can take a long time.

It wasn't his fault any more than it was mine. So, I offered to pay for the metal so he can get started on them as soon as possible and he will reimburse me when he gets the insurance payment.  I value my customers too much to make you all wait longer because of a USPS goof up so I am putting my money where my mouth is. He ordered the metal and will get it this Saturday and should have them all printed by next Wednesday or Thursday. Hopefully, this means I will get them by next weekend. This puts a big dent in fulfilling early but I will do what I can. There should be no problem fulfilling by the November promise date, however.

The Good News: Issue 2 copies are signed and bagged!

My lovely girlfriend Marie helped me bag all the issues after I signed them all and all of them are ready to go to be packed!

My daughter also pitched in and wax sealed all the envelopes, folded the collector's boxes, and other odds and ends.

Still, some Surveys Need Completing

Hello! So far I've got 129/135 surveys back, THANK YOU! Those remaining need to be completed so everyone gets the items they paid for. Without the survey, I do not have a shipping address to send the items. Please complete those as soon as possible so I have all the counts and addresses locked and can begin the fulfillment process and make sure you get the items you paid for.

I will begin fulfillment in about 2 weeks, so don't lose your reward!

A small few of you did miss the Kickstarter deadline for payment and pledges were dropped.

Kickstarter only collects pledges for one week after the campaign ends and at that point, they drop the pledge. The good news is those who were dropped can still complete their pledge and update their payment information in the Backerkit Survey that was sent a few days ago. I did message each of those backers and in case you are one of these and missed the email or it was sent to spam, I included the direct link for the survey in those messages. Please check your inboxes!

Where are we at

• Issue #2 copies are signed, bagged, boarded ready for packaging.
• Metal Book and chrome prints have been shipped today and I should receive them soon.
• Collector's Boxes are all folded and prepped, ready for filling.

Happy Labor Day!

Yes, I know it is tomorrow but I am posting this update today so Happy Labor Day to all the US backers out there!

Issue 2 copies have arrived from the printer!

They are here! The standard-issue #2 copies have arrived from Hero and Villain Designs along with the holofoil trading cards! I have also received the signed and numbered George P. Gatsis prints and puzzle cards from George.

DIGITAL COPIES HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED- 9/10 DEADLINE!

Check your inboxes! An email has been sent with the link to download the DIGITAL PDF COPY which includes Isidora issues 1 & 2, Issue 1 being re-lettered. It also includes all the cover art from both issues as a bonus at the end of the book. All in all, 64 pages! This has been up for a couple of weeks now. You have until  9/10/21 to download it, after that it will be taken down. Get it now before it is no longer available!

• Metal Book and chrome prints are still in process. The printer estimates 9/10 shipping date.
• DIGITAL COPIES have been distributed and will only be available until 9/10
• Metal Trading Cards are complete and shipped to me. USPS has delivered it, apparently, to another location despite tracking showing it delivered here. I am waiting on USPS to complete the service request to figure out where they are or if we are getting it covered by insurance.
• George Gatsis print and cards have been received.
